Deposit 

A 10% deposit of the total cost of the quoted price must be paid 48 hours in advance in order to lock in a booking. Our clients will lose their deposit to Red Bandana Productions if they cancel within 24 hours of the shoot. Please refer to our cancelation policy.

Booking Charges 

Please note that we have a 4 hours minimum charge on all our services. The editing and photography hourly rate will apply as normal after the 4 hours. As for our packages and other services, a half day rate will be charged which is 4 hours. Anything over the 4 hours rolls over into a full day rate being 8 hours.

Late Booking Fee

In the case of a late booking, a deposit will still be required. You may be asked to send proof of your transaction if it has not been received. An additional $50 late booking fee will also be added to your invoice.

                                            Cancellation Policy 

To cancel or change your booking please email admin@redbandana.tv at least 24 hours prior to your booking start time and we will hold your deposit to secure a new date. Or we will organise to have your deposit refunded in the case of a cancellation. For cancelations made within 24 hours of your booking, your deposit will kept by Red Bandana Productions to cover admin costs and the loss of a potential shooting date for other clients.

                                        Credit Policy

The final project won't be distributed until the full payment is complete. Upfront payment is always preferred however, we're more than happy to work out a payment plan if that's more convenient for our clients. Please be aware that any additional tasks requested by our clients that aren't included in the quote will be invoiced separately.

  Editing Policy

The majority of our edits are completed within 1 to 2 weeks. If you require a fast turn around under 1 week and for your project to be prioritised, there will be an extra $50 fee added to your invoice.

 

After receiving the first cut of your edit, you will receive two free editing reviews that will allow you to make any necessary changes or adjustments. Your two complimentary review sessions must be claimed within one month of receiving the first edited copy of your project. Our hourly rate will apply once the two review sessions are complete or if any further adjustments are needed one month after receiving your first edit copy.

Travel

Flying: When posted to work remotely, a full day rate will be charged in addition to a meal allowance even if the shoot is not active.  A full day rate will also be charged when flying to and from locations.

Mileage: For travel exceeding a 100km radius from the Red Bandana Productions Head Office (Bellara, Bribie Island) will incur a travel cost. Travel cost exceeding the 100km radius is calculated by the KM traveled X $0.72 = x

                                                      Refunds

If the video/s have been filmed and the client has paid for the editing fee upfront, we'll be able to return the full editing fee. On the condition that post-production hasn't commenced before we have been notified that our client has had a change of mind and they don’t want to go ahead with the project anymore. Unfortunately, If the edit is complete and the full payment has been made we will not be able to refund the editing fee if our client has a change of mind.  We can, however, continue to work together until they are satisfied with the product.
